KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR ORDER...

We realize that customer service is what will set us apart from the rest. That's why we have 24 hour a day 7 day a week order tracking. If your order has already been shipped you should have received a tracking number.

Enter that number here and track your package on every step of the journey to you. When your order is complete you should receive a "shipping confirmation number" this is different for the order confirmation you receive after placing your order. ( DO-IT YOURSELF items are shipped regular mail unless priority is requested)

If you have not received your tracking number please check the following:

Your order conformation to be sure of order time frames
Be sure the correct email address was provided to us
Remember custom orders require at least 2-3 weeks prep time. (possibly more during wedding season and order size)
Check you spam filter. Sometimes the spam filter will react to "words or language" written within the content of the confirmation response.

If you have additional questions call customer service to obtain the status of your order or your tracking number.

* Very close attention is payed to "wedding dates" sometimes over order placement time. Please add an additional 2-3 days for delivery during the holidays, unless you request express shipping.

Tracking information is updated throughout the day, but
most data is transmitted in the afternoon or evening.

For example, if your Express Mail package is mailed today at 10:00 a.m., you might not
be able to view tracking information until the next day.

What shipping method is best for you?

We've done our research and here is what we have found

In today's online shopping age, shipping is one of the major concerns for our customers.
At African-Weddings.com we offer different services and different carriers to meet your shipping needs. Whether you are looking for reliability, speed or economy, we cover all the grounds.

Here's a list of services and their pros and cons as we have concluded.

FedX Ground - Reliable.
Best choice if you are shipping 2 lbs and up. Delivery can take up to one week depending on your address. it's just a few dollars more expensive then priority mail.

FedX Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air & 3 Day Select. - Very reliable.
Best choice if you have to have your order absolutely by certain date. They're very costly. Choose these services only if you absolutely need them. Remember the fact that order processing can take up to 2 business days before the order is shipped out of our warehouse.These methods are considerably more expensive with wedding brooms because of the shape of the box (6X6X36 approx. 2 lbs)

USPS Priority Mail - Reliable most times. Delivery confirmation no tracking
Best choice if your order is under1 lb. Best choice if your order is under 2 lbs and you live in East Coast. Best choice if you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Guam or Puerto Rico. This service is not guaranteed
Only choice if you are in APO/FPO or PO Box address.

USPS Express Mail- reliable tracking available next day service to most areas (some areas require two days)

First Class Mail - Reliable but slow
Very economical if you are ordering one or two items weighing 12 oz or less. Package is not traceable nor insured, however, we had very minimal problems with First Class Mail.

You can get actual shipping quotes for all these services before confirming your order. Actual shipping cost can sometimes be slightly different from online quote. We don't charge handling fees and you pay what we pay to UPS, Fedex or USPS.
